5. During Construction – Available to respond to structural queries relating to the design, as the work progresses

I'm a sole practitioner. I do the design work, site visits, and client communication myself.
That means I can't always reply immediately, especially when I'm on site or in the middle of calculations.
But I will always reply. Typically, within 24-48 hours on working days.
